10,000 Households Nationwide for Sale in the First Week of December

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] In the first week of December, about 10,000 households will be supplied nationwide.


According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 29th, from November 30 to December 5, 10,044 households across 14 complexes nationwide will open for subscription. Model houses will open at 5 locations.


First, on the 30th, subscription applications will begin at two sites including Gocheok I-Park MD·RD (private rental).


Gocheok I-Park MD·RD is a complex developed by HDC Hyundai Development Company on the site in Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, as a publicly supported private rental housing complex. It consists of up to 45 floors above ground, with 64 and 79㎡ (exclusive area) units, totaling 2,205 households. An administrative town (planned) housing Gocheok-dong Community Center and Guro Tax Office, as well as parks and shopping malls (planned), will be developed together. The complex is close to Line 1 Gaebong Station and offers convenient access to Gyeongin-ro and Seobu Expressway. Educational facilities include Gocheok Elementary, Gocheok Middle, Gyeongin Middle, and Gyeongin High Schools.


On December 2, subscription applications will start at four locations: Anseong Ssangyong The Platinum Premier, Daejeon Hillstate Doan 2nd Phase (officetel), Yeongdong Kaiser Apartment, and Ssangyong The Platinum Wando (residential-commercial complex).


Anseong Ssangyong The Platinum Premier is a complex developed by Ssangyong Construction in Seungdu-ri, Gongdo-eup, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 1,696 households in 14 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 floors above ground. It offers a double living zone benefiting from both Anseong Gongdo and Pyeongtaek infrastructure. Gongdo Elementary School is nearby, allowing walking access, and middle and high schools are located within 1 km. Starfield Anseong is also close.


On the 3rd, subscription applications will begin at seven locations: Goyang Hoban Summit DMC Hills, Yeoju Station Humanville, Incheon Unseo Station Prugio The Sky (private rental), Daejeon Haneulchae Sky& (residential-commercial complex), Gyeongju New Centro Aileen’s Garden, Daegu The Sharp Premier Signal 3.0 (officetel), and Busan Hillstate Namcheon Station The First (residential-commercial complex).


Hoban Summit DMC Hills is a complex built by Hoban Construction in Deogeun-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, in Deogeun District A3 block, offering 560 units of 84㎡. Deogeun District is noted as a residential area for work proximity demand, as it is reachable within 10 to 20 minutes to Mapo-gu Sangam DMC and Gangseo-gu Magok District, which are dense with various office facilities. It offers quick access to Seoul city center via Jayuro, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and Gayang-daero, and residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment near World Cup Park and Daedeok Mountain.


On the 4th, subscription applications will start at one location: Hwaseong City Hall Station Seohee Starhills 4th Phase Forest Village.


This week, five model houses are scheduled to open: ▲Hwaseong Namyang City Pradium 4th Phase ▲Gumi Expansion Complex Jungheung S-Class Eduforet ▲Gwangju Hillstate Cheomdan (residential-commercial complex) ▲Mokpo Hadang Jeil Punggyeongchae Central First ▲Yeosu Adelium Oceanfranc (terrace house). Gwangju Hillstate Cheomdan will limit direct visits to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will operate as a cyber model house instead.
