Instead of cocktail shrimp, high-quality whole shrimp are used, offering premium pizza quality at a reasonable price, receiving positive responses from consumers.
The ‘Goobne Shrimp Chicago Deep Dish Pizza’ features a large, plump whole shrimp on each slice, known for its chewy texture. The dough uses a deep-dish style characterized by its deep plate shape. The deep-dish dough has a crispy texture that makes every bite delicious, even at the edges. Spicy arrabbiata sauce is spread on the dough, topped with four kinds of cheese: mozzarella, brie cream, angel hair cheddar,
and Parmesan cheese, adding a smooth flavor. It is drizzled with flying fish roe cream sauce, known for its rich and savory cream taste with popping flying fish roe, enhancing the eating experience. The price is 19,000 KRW.
Domino’s Pizza released the ‘Black Tiger Shrimp Pizza,’ featuring ‘Black Tiger shrimp’ with red and white stripes like a tiger as the main topping, along with wagyu crumble full of savory flavor on one pizza. It is a signature Domino’s menu known for the harmony of quattro cheese fondue. The medium size is priced at 29,000 KRW, and the large size at 34,900 KRW.
Pizza Hut Korea launched the ‘Black Aglio Steak Pizza.’ The ‘Black Aglio Steak Pizza’ is a premium pizza full of fragrant and rich flavors, with steak seasoned in black aglio sauce and Cajun mayo whole shrimp, enhanced with garlic flakes and whole garlic.
