In northern Chungnam, the southern Chungnam west coast, and the Jeolla west coast, rain or snow may occur due to cloud bands formed by the sea breeze difference (the temperature difference between the lower atmosphere and sea surface temperature) created over the West Sea.

The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "In areas where rain or snow falls, visibility may be reduced, and in northern Chungnam, snow accumulation may cause slippery roads, so special caution is required for traffic safety and accident prevention."

Expected snowfall amounts are 1-3 cm in the Jeju mountain area (from the 28th) and less than 1 cm in northern Chungnam.

Expected precipitation amounts are less than 5 mm in northern Chungnam, the southern Chungnam west coast, the Jeolla west coast, and the Jeju mountain area (from the 28th).

Morning low temperatures by region are forecast as follows: △Seoul -3°C △Chuncheon -5°C △Gangneung 0°C △Daejeon -2°C △Cheongju -3°C △Daegu -1°C △Gwangju 2°C △Jeonju 0°C △Busan 2°C △Jeju 8°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 4°C.

Daytime high temperatures are expected to be: △Seoul 3°C △Chuncheon 5°C △Gangneung 8°C △Daejeon 5°C △Cheongju 4°C △Daegu 8°C △Gwangju 7°C △Jeonju 6°C △Busan 11°C △Jeju 11°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 8°C.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Morning low temperatures are expected to range from -8°C to 4°C, and daytime highs from 2°C to 11°C. Since the temperature difference between day and night will be around 10 degrees, please take care of your health."
