Among the 383 cases, 267 were from the Seoul metropolitan area and 116 from non-metropolitan areas. By city and province, the numbers are as follows: Seoul 153, Gyeonggi 91, Busan 26, Gangwon 25, Incheon 23, Chungbuk 15, Gyeongnam 14, Chungnam 9, Gwangju 6, Daejeon 5, Jeonnam 5, Jeonbuk 5, Gyeongbuk 2, Ulsan 2, Daegu 1, Jeju 1.
Accordingly, the number of new confirmed cases to be announced as of midnight on the 28th is expected to increase further, reaching the 500s.
