Hyundai Engineering has opened the model showroom for the commercial facilities of ‘Hills Avenue Doan Phase 2’ in Doan New Town, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and has started sales. It is the commercial complex within the ‘Hillstate Doan Phase 2’ being developed in Doan New Town, and both residential and commercial facilities are being sold simultaneously.
Hills Avenue Doan Phase 2 is located within the Hillstate Doan Phase 2 complex in Yonggye-dong 667-1, 2, 4, and 5, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, with a total area of approximately 17,160㎡ and a total of 166 stores (82 units in 4BL / 84 units in 7BL). It is characterized by a 200m-long street-type shopping street with excellent accessibility and visibility.
Doan New Town, where the commercial complex is located, was designated as a second-phase new town in 2003 and has established itself as a representative residential area of Daejeon. Recently, it has even surpassed the average housing prices of Dunsan-dong, a representative area of Daejeon, and is regarded as the top residential area in Daejeon.
