The district was highly evaluated for freely opening these materials on the district’s homepage for anyone to use.
The district applied the ‘Public Nuri Policy’ Type 1 to three types of picture books, allowing users to use them commercially and modify them after citing the source.
Furthermore, the district received excellent evaluations for enhancing online accessibility of public works by introducing a simplified script for applying Public Nuri on the homepage.
A district official said, “We actively adopted the Public Nuri policy so that anyone can easily use the picture books jointly produced by local governments, youth, and picture book authors for free, and the participants in the picture book production also take great pride in this advantage.”
