SKT "Merger of SK Infosec and ADT Caps"

[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Jo] SK Telecom announced on the 27th that its subsidiary SK Infosec and LSH, the parent company of ADT Caps, each held board meetings and resolved to merge the two companies.

SK Infosec and LSH plan to complete the merger within this year and will undergo procedures such as corporate merger notification in the first quarter of next year. Afterwards, they intend to complete the merger with ADT Caps as well, launching a specialized security company.
