Sales will start for 'Gocheok I-Park (private rental)' in Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul; 'Ssangyong The Platinum Premier' in Gongdo-eup, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi; 'Hoban Summit DMC Hills' in Deogeun-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Hillstate Doan 2nd Phase (officetel)' in Yonggye-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Model houses are about to open at five project sites. Preparations are underway for openings at 'Hwaseong Namyang City Pradium 4th Phase' in Namyang-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi; 'Hillstate Cheomdan' in Ssangam-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju; and 'Hadang Jeil Punggyeongchae Central First' in Seokhyeon-dong, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do.
HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to supply the public-supported private rental housing 'Gocheok I-Park' through the development of the site at 100-7 Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul. It is a large complex consisting of a maximum of 45 floors above ground and a total of 2,205 households with exclusive areas of 64 and 79㎡. An administrative town (planned) housing Gocheok-dong Community Center and Guro Tax Office, along with parks and shopping malls (planned), will be developed together. The complex is close to Line 1 Gaebong Station and offers convenient access to Gyeongin-ro and Seobu Expressway. Educational facilities include Gocheok Elementary, Gocheok Middle, Gyeongin Middle, and Gyeongin High Schools.
Ssangyong Construction will sell 'Ssangyong The Platinum Premier' at 73 Seungdu-ri, Gongdo-eup, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi. The complex will be a large-scale development with 14 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 floors above ground, totaling 1,696 households. It has a double living zone location that benefits from the infrastructure of both Anseong Gongdo and Pyeongtaek. Gongdo Elementary School is nearby, allowing for walking commutes, and middle and high schools are located within 1 km. Starfield Anseong is also close.
Hyundai Engineering will sell 'Hillstate Doan 2nd Phase' in Doan New Town, Daejeon. It is a residential officetel product with 8 buildings, ranging from 4 basement floors to 14 floors above ground, totaling 516 units of 84㎡ each. The complex will also include commercial facilities called 'Hill Avenue Doan 2nd Phase'.
Jeil Construction will sell 'Hadang Jeil Punggyeongchae Central First' at 668-10 Seokhyeon-dong, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do. The complex consists of 5 buildings ranging from 1 basement floor to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, totaling 404 households, all with large units of about 105㎡. Seokhyeon Elementary School, which is within walking distance, is nearby, and Yeongheung Middle and High Schools are adjacent. The surrounding area is well-equipped with residential living infrastructure such as E-Mart, Nonghyup Hanaro Club, Cheongho Market, Mokpo Central Hospital, and the public health center, enabling convenient living.
