Promotions were made by selecting executives who will lead performance improvement based on proven expertise. Two were promoted from Managing Director to Executive Director, six from Deputy Managing Director to Managing Director, and seventeen from Department Head to Deputy Managing Director.
Notably, in the new business sector, the first female Deputy Managing Director was appointed. Department Head An Sin-young was promoted to Deputy Managing Director this time.
A Daewoo E&C official said, “Through this organizational restructuring and appointments, we will overcome the deteriorated external environment caused by COVID-19 and enhance work efficiency and corporate competitiveness in response to changes in the management environment.”
