[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Lotte Construction announced on the 27th that it has opened the cyber model house for ‘Osan Lotte Castle Sky Park,’ located at 712-1, Wondong, Osan City, and has officially started sales.

This complex will be developed with 18 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 23 floors above ground, totaling 2,339 households with exclusive areas ranging from 65 to 173㎡. The number of units by type is ▲65㎡ 445 units ▲74㎡ 217 units ▲84㎡ 1,515 units ▲93㎡ 67 units ▲108㎡ 76 units ▲127㎡ 15 units ▲169㎡ 1 unit ▲151㎡P (Penthouse) 2 units ▲173㎡P (Penthouse) 1 unit.

Nearby the complex are Osan Station on Subway Line 1 and the Osan Station Transfer Center, with convenient transportation access also provided by National Route 1 and the Osan IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway. The model house for Osan Lotte Castle Sky Park is located at 176-1, Wondong, Osan City, and operates by prior visit reservation. Reservations can be made through the Lotte Castle website. The complex also operates a cyber model house simultaneously, where detailed information such as virtual reality (VR) videos of each unit, location, complex layout, and special features can be checked through the website.

Moreover, the model house will be operated as a safe model house with thorough quarantine management to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Hand sanitizers, air showers, foot disinfectants, and contactless thermometers will be installed, and disinfection will be conducted daily before and after opening.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply applications on December 7, followed by first-priority applications for the relevant area on December 8, and first-priority applications for other areas on December 9. Second-priority applications will be accepted on December 10, with the announcement of successful applicants on December 16. The official contract period will be held over five days from December 27 to December 31.
