[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] On the 26th, Lotte Group appointed Eunjae Park, a former prosecutor and lawyer at the law firm Yulchon, as Vice President and Head of Compliance Management at Lotte Holdings.

New Vice President Eunjae Park graduated from the 24th Judicial Research and Training Institute in 1995 and worked at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office starting in 2004. Afterwards, she served at the Ministry of Justice, Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, and Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and has been working as a lawyer at Yulchon since 2014.
