Shinhan Bank Develops Smart Working Platform 'Mollimate'


[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Shinhan Bank announced on the 26th that it will introduce a new smart working platform application called 'Mollymate' to promote digital transformation (DT) of work methods.


Mollymate is a new smart working platform app for employees that integrates 19 existing employee apps, which were previously mixed by function, reflecting President Jin Ok-dong's will to promote DT aimed at innovating work methods rather than just digital tools for work assistance.


This app allows all employees to perform tasks such as customer sales, internal management, training, and compliance anytime and anywhere using their smartphones. It is equipped with the AI knowledge management system 'Molly,' enabling employees to handle tasks such as checking desk appraisals, recommending jeonse loan products, and checking mortgage loan limits.


Additionally, consulting staff can easily create QR codes for financial product subscriptions to provide to customers, enhancing customer accessibility and improving work convenience. Features such as smart business card management, video conferencing systems, and simple document scanning functions help link sales sites and counter work more efficiently, allowing employees to focus more on their tasks.


A Shinhan Bank official said, "Through the newly introduced Mollymate, customers will be able to conveniently handle financial tasks anytime and anywhere," adding, "We will continue to provide better customer-centered services by promoting DT that innovates work methods."
