Jeonnam Science University expects that Wando County, where lifelong education is active among the 22 cities and counties in Jeollanam-do, will become a partner and help promote public projects related to the Ministry of Education’s ‘Policy to Foster Lifelong Vocational Education Hubs for Community Colleges for Local Communities’ and the ‘Top 10 Policy Tasks for Post-Corona Future Education Transformation.’
Meanwhile, Jeonnam Science University has promoted various projects through the lifelong education support project in 2020, including the distribution and repair of eyeglasses and optometry volunteer services for local residents, the establishment of a youth farmer incubating hub center, the cultivation project of taro varieties in Gokseong, and the issuance and operation of mobile Gokseong Simcheong gift certificates.
