[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] The international event for solo broadcasting, '2020 Incheon Solo Media Festival (IISF),' will be held online on July 5-6 at Songdo Convensia in Songdo International City.
Under the slogan "A Newer Connection, Beyond Untact to Ontact," this event is hosted by Incheon City and organized by Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP).
Now in its third year to promote and expand the solo media industry, the festival will be broadcast live in real-time through the event website (www.iisf.kr) and online broadcasting platforms to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The festival features a "Masterclass" with prominent figures and leading creators in the solo media market, and a "Main Stage Event Program" where famous creators and audiences can enjoy together.
There will also be a "World Travel Creative Zone" introducing travel, world cultures, and Incheon tourism content, as well as a "New Creator Experience Zone" showcasing rookie creator content and offering solo media experiences.
Additionally, event programs for rookie creators and a rookie YouTuber challenge with Kkilkkil Sanghoe and Geolkkaps will be held.
Applications for participation in event programs and on-site attendance at the festival can be submitted through the IISF website (www.iisf.kr) until June 30. Incheon TP will select attendees by lottery, and attendance and the number of participants may change depending on the COVID-19 situation.
