On the 24th, in front of the Democratic Party headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, participants including Kim Misook, the mother of the late Kim Yonggyun from Taean Thermal Power Plant and director of the Kim Yonggyun Foundation, held placards at a rally organized by the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions urging the enactment of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
