'Reuters T-Rader' Service Expands from the US to Asian Markets
Providing Various Information Using Numbers Only, Without Language Barriers
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Yuanta Securities is expanding the scope of its overseas promising stock automatic search service 'Reuters T-Reader' from the United States to the Asia region.
Yuanta Securities announced on the 24th that it will launch the 'Pan-Asia Reuters T-Reader,' which expands the existing U.S. stock automatic stock search service 'Reuters T-Reader' to the Asian market.
The U.S. stock-exclusive 'Reuters T-Reader,' launched in May, combines the quant score provided by global financial information company Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters) with Yuanta Securities T-Reader's proprietary algorithmic trading timing signals. It was created as the first in Korea through a data partnership between Yuanta Securities and Refinitiv.
Reuters T-Reader selects and allows real-time confirmation of stocks with high quantitative analysis scores and overall average scores, which simultaneously switch to the strongest buy signals of the day without any separate condition settings. It is designed to be understood by numbers alone, regardless of information barriers, language barriers, or time differences.
With the start of the Asia region service, it can now be applied to a total of 10 markets in 4 countries, including the existing U.S. market, Taiwan, Vietnam, and China. The profitability of stocks captured in real time can be checked through 'Reuters T-Reader Performance.' Investors can also check the quantitative analysis scores, investment opinions, and target price trends of desired stocks through 'Reuters Focus.'
Additionally, the highly reliable 'IBES Consensus' provided by Reuters T-Reader is also applied and offered to Asian countries. The IBES Consensus is a corporate earnings forecast based on estimates from about 18,000 analysts covering approximately 20,000 companies in over 90 countries. It is used globally as an important indicator for stock selection along with average target price data by analysts per stock and individual stock quant scores.
Jinho Jeon, Head of Digital Solutions at Yuanta Securities, said, "Many customers are already trading or considering participating in overseas stocks, but face difficulties in investing due to various obstacles," adding, "We hope investors approach the overseas stock market with 'Reuters T-Reader,' which allows easy and quick understanding simply by reading numbers without checking complicated reports of unfamiliar overseas stocks."
