Dongmyung University, First Launch of Laboratory Startup Innovation Group Consortium with 10 Universities from Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju

On the morning of November 23, the "1st Laboratory Startup Innovation Group Council" was held at the Asti Hotel near Busan Station, attended by laboratory startup representatives from 10 universities in the Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju regions.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Dongmyung University (President Jeong Hong-seop) Laboratory Startup Innovation Group (Director Noh Seong-yeo) held the '1st Laboratory Startup Innovation Group Council' at 11 a.m. on November 23 at the Asti Hotel near Busan Station, with laboratory startup officials from 10 universities in the Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju regions attending.

At the meeting, the current status and best practices of laboratory startups at each university were shared to operate the Laboratory Startup Innovation Group and to spread laboratory startups, and various measures to revitalize laboratory startups were discussed.

Noh Seong-yeo, Director of the Laboratory Startup Innovation Group, said, "We will ensure that the matters discussed at the council contribute to the revitalization of laboratory startups at each university and are well reflected in the promotion of the Southeast Region Laboratory Startup Innovation Group project."

Earlier, the Dongmyung University Laboratory Startup Innovation Group held a 'Colloquium for the Activation of Laboratory Startups' in October to promote the activation of laboratory startups and the spread of startup culture in the Southeast region and Jeju area.

Subsequently, they plan to promote laboratory startups to local graduate students and faculty members and operate business briefings and mini iCore programs to experience the startup process, thereby advancing the laboratory startup expansion project.
