On the 24th, NS Home Shopping announced that on the 23rd, it held the 'Innovation-driven Wage Gap Resolution Agreement Ceremony' at its Pangyo headquarters' main conference room to resolve wage gaps based on enhancing the competitiveness of partner SMEs.

The ceremony was attended by Kwon Ki-hong, Chairman of the Win-Win Growth Committee, Do Sang-chul and Cho Hang-mok, co-CEOs of NS Home Shopping, and Hwang Chang-joo, CEO of Taeyoung, representing partner companies.

Kwon Ki-hong, Chairman of the Win-Win Growth Committee, said, "As the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic has made it important for SMEs to develop sales channels through online and mobile platforms, I consider it meaningful to have signed an agreement with NS Home Shopping," adding, "I hope this agreement will become a spark for overcoming COVID-19 for small partner companies facing difficulties."

Cho Hang-mok, co-CEO of NS Home Shopping, said, "The trust built through co-growth with small partner companies is the foundation for NS Home Shopping's sustainable growth," and added, "We will faithfully implement this agreement so that it becomes a good example of resolving wage gaps and overcoming polarization between companies."
