[Photo] Delivery Box with a Hole Handle Created

On the 23rd, at the postal counter of Seoul Central Post Office in Jung-gu, Seoul, Minister Choi Ki-young of the Ministry of Science and ICT and Shin Dong-geun, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, compared parcel boxes without hole handles and those with hole handles.
