Interior Platform 'Oneul-ui Jip' Secures 77 Billion KRW in Global Investment... [Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Bucketplace, the operator of the interior platform 'Ohouse,' announced on the 23rd that it has secured $70 million (approximately 77 billion KRW) in Series C funding from global investment firms including Bond Capital.


This round of investment included participation from existing investors such as Bond Capital, IMM Investment, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, Mirae Asset Capital, and Naver.


Bond Capital, which led this Series C investment, is a Silicon Valley-based tech investment firm in the United States. It is also well-known as the publisher of the annual 'Internet Trends Report,' which analyzes the current status and outlook of the global internet industry. This is Bond Capital's first investment in a Korean startup.


Ohouse is recognized for leading the interior platform market through specialized user-centered content and its store. Recently, as people spend more time at home and naturally show increased interest in their homes, it has established itself as an interior app that spans all age groups. Currently, the cumulative app downloads have surpassed 14 million, and the monthly transaction amount, combining commerce and construction transactions, reaches 100 billion KRW, according to Ohouse.


With this investment, Ohouse has raised a total cumulative investment amount of approximately 88 billion KRW. Ohouse stated that it plans to use the investment funds for securing technology, product advancement, and talent recruitment.
