She proposed actively expanding the size to medium scale from the housing design stage and enhancing resident convenience facilities such as childcare centers, while also actively installing security equipment like CCTV.
On the afternoon of the 22nd, Minister Kim visited purchased rental housing in Daejo-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul to inspect the site and spoke with reporters, stating this. She also said, "It is true that demanders want apartments, but there is a fixed construction period essential for supplying apartments, so there are limits to short-term supply," adding, "We plan to disperse demand through (multi-family) public rental housing that can be supplied in the short term."
