e-Pyeonhansesang Suncheon Urban Tower 100% Sold Out


[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] The apartment complex ‘ePyeonhansesang Suncheon Urban Tower,’ constructed by Daelim Industrial, has achieved 100% sales completion in a short period. Following the move-in of ‘ePyeonhansesang Suncheon’ earlier this year, this consecutive sales success is evaluated to have further enhanced the brand value in the region.


According to Daelim Industrial on the 22nd, ePyeonhansesang Suncheon Urban Tower conducted contracts with successful applicants from the subscription lottery held from the 16th to the 19th, and after contracts with standby winners, all units found owners.


Previously, over 20,000 subscription accounts flooded the first-priority subscription, setting a record for the highest number of applications in Suncheon’s history and rewriting the local subscription history. According to the Korea Real Estate Agency’s subscription homepage, the first-priority subscription held on the 28th of last month attracted a total of 21,920 subscription accounts for 411 units (excluding special supply), resulting in an average competition rate of 53.3 to 1.


Daelim Industrial analyzed, "This sales success is because the ePyeonhansesang brand value captured consumers’ hearts." ePyeonhansesang Suncheon Urban Tower is set to be introduced as a higher-level complex applying the newly renewed brand philosophy and identity of ePyeonhansesang. In June this year, Daelim Industrial unveiled the renewed brand identity along with the new slogan ‘For Excellent Life,’ which signifies a residential space that offers the best life.


Additionally, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, providing vivid information to customers through non-face-to-face marketing was also cited as a factor for the success. The official website operated a cyber housing exhibition hall, posting diverse content that received favorable reviews. In the location and future value analysis video, a real estate expert appeared to provide information, and videos explaining subscription qualifications and unit guides were also released to offer accurate information to prospective applicants. Visitors could also check the actual constructed 84㎡A and 112㎡A units, the C2 HOUSE experience zone, and the complex model.

Meanwhile, ePyeonhansesang Suncheon Urban Tower is located in 634 Jogok-dong, Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 632 units sized between 84 and 112㎡. To the west of the site flows Dongcheon, boasting beautiful scenery, and to the east stands Bonghwasan, famous for its trail, offering views from some units. For the first time in Suncheon, Daelim Industrial’s innovative residential platform ‘C2 House’ is applied, presenting a design that maximizes storage. A smart clean & care solution that alleviates fine dust concerns is also applied, and 60mm thick soundproofing materials are installed in all units to reduce noise between floors.
