Nexon will reveal 'Curzepel' and 'KonoSuba Mobile,' scheduled for release next year, on the 21st afternoon via G-STAR TV. 'Curzepel' is an animation-based player-versus-player game. It tells the story of Curzepels fighting against the giant religious nation 'Belatos.' 'KonoSuba Mobile' is a role-playing game (RPG) developed based on the intellectual property (IP) of the Japanese animation 'KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!'
Wemade, the main sponsor of G-STAR, will showcase the mobile massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) 'Mir 4,' scheduled for release within the year. 'Mir 4' shares the worldview of 'Legend of Mir 2.' On the first day of the event, detailed information such as the release date of Mir 4 will be announced.
Smilegate will participate in G-STAR with 'Titaini Online.' Kakao Games plans to present information and development processes of the MMORPG 'Odin: Valhalla Rising' at G-STAR.
This year's G-STAR will host an esports tournament. The 'G-STAR Cup 2020' will be held from the 20th to the 21st. It is the first esports tournament hosted by the G-STAR Organizing Committee. Players of three titles?'KartRider Rush Plus,' 'NBA 2K21,' and 'The King of Fighters 98'?will participate.
As this G-STAR is conducted mainly online, it has introduced the 'G-STAR Live Biz Matching' system to support global business meetings. Through the G-STAR website and mobile app, participating companies can apply for non-face-to-face video meetings. Nexon, Smilegate, Neowiz, Netmarble, NHN, Webzen, Google, and Facebook are among the participants.
