[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced that its representative festival, the 'Bukhansan 韓 Culture Festival,' will be held as the '2020 Bukhansan 韓 Culture Byeolbyeol Drive-in Theater.'
The drive-in theater will take place on the 28th from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bukhansanseong Parking Lot No. 1.
Planned with the purpose of healing the weary daily life caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic through culture, the '2020 Bukhansan 韓 Culture Byeolbyeol Drive-in Theater' will feature various performances and warm family movies.
In the first part, as a pre-performance, there will be congratulatory stages by ▲percussion group Tian ▲band Sound Box ▲trot singer Jinseong, and in the second part, the family movie Dambo will continue the warm festival atmosphere.
Pre-registration is from the 19th to the 24th, and only 150 vehicles will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
An official from Eunpyeong-gu stated, “Due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, it has become difficult to operate experiential programs to revitalize the Bukhansan 韓 Culture Experience Special Zone. Therefore, as a non-face-to-face measure, we planned the drive-in theater so that residents can enjoy performances and movies comfortably. We ask for your great interest and support.”
