[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] SK Telecom is starting pre-orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Mini. Various gifts such as dawn delivery benefits, discount coupons, and merchandise will also be provided.
On the 12th, SK Telecom announced that it will conduct pre-orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Mini from the 13th to the 19th.
SK Telecom offers a 'dawn delivery' service that allows customers to receive their iPhones by courier at their desired location on the release day, the 20th. The first 3,000 customers will receive their iPhone 12 delivered by courier between midnight and 7 a.m. on the release day.
Previously, on the first day of iPhone 12 pre-orders last month, the dawn delivery service for the first 1,000 customers in Seoul and the metropolitan area was fully booked within an hour. Therefore, SK Telecom has increased the dawn delivery service capacity to 3,000 customers and expanded the delivery area nationwide.
SK Telecom is participating in the 2020 Korea Sale Festa (November 1st to 15th) with the ‘T Festa’ event, offering iPhone discount coupons. Customers who pre-order iPhones through the T Direct Shop can enter a draw to receive discount coupons worth 150,000 KRW (200 winners), 100,000 KRW (150 winners), or 50,000 KRW (100 winners) usable at purchase.
SK Telecom provides various benefits to customers who pre-order the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Mini. The first 5,000 customers who pre-order through the T Direct Shop will receive a T-money sticker card. The T-money sticker card can be attached as a sticker on the back of the iPhone and used for various offline payment services such as transportation cards.
The ‘Sajoyoung’ merchandise, which sold out within a day during the iPhone 12 pre-order, will also be offered as a limited edition. Sajoyoung is a collaboration character between Kakao Jordi and the SKT 0 (Young) brand. The Sajoyoung merchandise consists of the ‘Gidaejoyoung Cushion’ and the ‘Dallyeojoyoung Board.’ Customers who apply for the ‘iPhone 12 Sajoyoung Early Bird Surprise’ event and activate the iPhone 12 Pro Max or iPhone 12 Mini through the T Direct Shop will be entered into a draw to receive a limited edition merchandise 50,000 KRW discount coupon.
SK Telecom operates iPhone 12 experience zones at 5GX Boost Parks nationwide and holds various prize events. Fifty carefully selected regional partners of 5GX Boost Parks will provide generous prizes such as AirPods Pro to customers participating in the events.
