[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] NextEye, a specialized company in machine vision inspection equipment, will additionally supply film automatic inspection equipment to BOE, the No.1 display company in China.
On the 11th, NextEye announced that it received an additional order for film automatic inspection equipment at the B17 panel production plant from BOE in China. The supply amount is $2,336,000 (approximately 2.6 billion KRW).
A NextEye official said, "Since supplying equipment automation system inspection equipment to BOE last May, we have continuously received orders from BOE, including supplying 2 additional sets," and added, "We expect to continuously supply NextEye's machine vision inspection equipment to the automation system of the B17 plant."
Film automatic inspection equipment is a device that inspects abnormalities in film attachment after attaching film to the top and bottom of display panels through cameras and optical lenses. NextEye supplies industrial machine vision inspection equipment to over 100 domestic and international companies, including China’s BOE and Japan’s Nitto Denko.
A company official explained, "Since entering the Chinese machine vision inspection equipment market, NextEye has steadily expanded its supply of inspection equipment to BOE, Jinjang Group, Taiwan’s Innolux, and others," adding, "We are actively targeting overseas markets such as China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe."
