Patent Registration for Adjustable Arm Massage Module Device
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Bodyfriend announced on the 11th that it recently obtained a patent for a massage chair device that can be freely adjusted according to arm length. Following the acquisition of a patent for independently operated dual leg massage units, it has registered a patent for massage device technology that includes an arm massage module with adjustable positioning.
The core of this patent lies in enabling the arm massage module to move freely to accommodate the user's arm area. If the arm length is relatively long or if the user wants to massage the lower part of the arm such as the hand or wrist, the arm massage module can be adjusted forward in front of the arm massage unit. In the opposite case, the arm massage module can be adjusted backward.
This technology resolves the inconvenience of existing massage chairs where the massage units for the wrist or palm were fixed and could not be repositioned, allowing users to easily receive massages on their desired arm areas. It also enables adjusting the left and right arm lengths differently or selecting the preferred arm massage area. A Bodyfriend official stated, "To apply this patented technology to upcoming Bodyfriend massage chairs, the three major integrated research teams of Bodyfriend?medical, technology, and design?will rapidly proceed with development."
