Age Twenty's Live Broadcast on Amazon


[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Age 20's, the flagship cosmetics brand of lifestyle beauty company Aekyung Industrial, will hold its first live commerce broadcast on Amazon, the world's largest e-commerce platform.


This live broadcast will take place on the Amazon Live platform on the 12th, introducing the makeup line including the representative product Essence Cover Pact, Tone-up Booster, and Concealer.


In particular, global beauty influencer Edward Avila, who has 1.55 million YouTube subscribers, will participate to introduce the excellent product quality of Age 20's, which is popular not only in Korea but also in China and Southeast Asia, to global consumers.


Age 20's previously opened an official brand store on Amazon in June and officially started sales targeting global consumers in the U.S. who are interested in K-beauty. Since its launch, the Essence Cover Pact has received a good response, ranking within the top 10 in the 'Amazon Hot New Releases' (a list of new products with high sales rankings).


This live broadcast is part of a project supported by KOTRA to strengthen untact marketing by selecting key domestic brands listed on Amazon in the U.S.


An Aekyung Industrial official said, "As untact consumption increases, live broadcasts are gradually gaining attention," and added, "Aekyung Industrial plans to continuously increase communication with global consumers through Amazon Live broadcasts and strengthen the contactless shopping environment."
