ITSCEN Group Announces Open Recruitment for Entry-Level IT Engineers

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] ITCEN Group, a comprehensive IT solutions company, announced on the 11th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new IT engineers.

This open recruitment for new employees will be conducted mainly by ITCEN, the parent company of ITCEN Group, along with its subsidiaries Comtec System, Comtec Information & Communication, Ssangyong Information & Communication, and Goodsen. The recruitment positions include ▲Programming ▲Technical Support ▲Solution Architect, totaling three categories. Eligible applicants are those expected to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree (in related majors) by February 2021 or those who have graduated with less than two years of total work experience, and who can participate in the confirmed recruitment training scheduled for next month.

The recruitment process consists of document screening and first and second interviews. Personality tests and competency assessments will be conducted only for candidates who pass the document screening and qualify for the first interview. Applications will be accepted through the ITCEN Group website until the 27th.

Successful candidates will undergo a three-month confirmed recruitment training by job category, where they will learn the necessary job skills in advance to enhance their understanding of the role before being assigned to their respective departments.

Since its establishment in 2005, ITCEN Group has maintained an employment growth rate of over 30% annually and received the ‘Presidential Award for Job Creation Merit’ from the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2016.
