[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Pulmuone announced on the 10th that it will acquire 345,717 shares of Pulmuone Samul for 36 billion KRW.
The scale of this share acquisition corresponds to 7.8% of the company's equity capital.
The company stated that the purpose of acquiring the shares is "to enhance management efficiency by strengthening control over Pulmuone Samul."
