SH Journal 'Jutaekdosi Yeongu'... Excellent Evaluation by National Research Foundation of Korea

[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 10th that the academic journal Housing and Urban Research, published by the SH Urban Research Institute, has maintained its status as a KCI-registered journal with an excellent score of 91.8 in this year's Korea Research Foundation (KCI) continuous evaluation.

Launched in 2011, Housing and Urban Research was selected as a KCI-registered journal starting in 2016. Since then, it has been discovering outstanding papers in the fields of urban and housing to realize the corporation's core values of fulfilling social responsibility for spatial welfare aimed at citizens' happiness, and has supported related research.

KCI-registered journals are evaluated not only for academic excellence but also for differentiation from other journals, nationwide operational systems, academic exchange, and advanced requirements and standards across the entire operational system. Therefore, it is very rare for a journal operated by a research institute affiliated with a local public corporation to be recognized as a registered journal.
