'Untact HR Trend Forum'
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] The Federation of Korean Industries' affiliated management and economic education institution, the FKI International Business School, announced on the 10th that it will hold the "Untact HR Trend Forum" on the 18th.
This forum will share successful innovation cases related to "ways of working" amid the accelerated changes in work environments worldwide due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Byun Yeon-bae, Chief Human Resources Officer of Woowa Brothers, which started as a food delivery app and has risen to become the largest food tech company in Korea, will share the secrets of organizational management that led to the company's success in his lecture.
Park Hyun-ho, CEO of Kmong, a platform mediating the employment of professional freelancers, will discuss ways to work happily and examples of successful organizational culture.
Additionally, there will be presentations on Amazon's leadership principles, regarded as the innovation DNA of the world's largest IT company, and on "5 ways to improve work efficiency in the untact era" by JANDI from Toss Lab, Asia's largest business collaboration tool.
