Honeybiz (CEO Yoon Moon-jin) announced that from the 11th to the 17th, a one-week event will be held on Ddingdong where customers paying for delivery food with Seoul Love Gift Certificates will receive a 20% discount on their order amount. There is no daily usage limit, and the maximum discount is 50,000 KRW. The discount applies to all restaurants and menus listed on Ddingdong within the 25 autonomous districts of Seoul.
For example, when ordering a 20,000 KRW chicken with a Seoul Love Gift Certificate already discounted up to 10%, an additional 20% discount can be applied, making the purchase price 14,000 KRW. During this period, the Seoul Metropolitan Government will issue the 'Himkok Gift Certificate' to comfort citizens whose daily lives have been strained by prolonged social activity restrictions due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). This Seoul Love Gift Certificate offers a maximum discount of 10-15%.
Ddingdong will also partner with the Seoul Metropolitan Government from the 11th to the 15th to hold the 'Star Chef's Seoul Restaurant@Home' special exhibition. Customers can safely and conveniently enjoy high-end dishes prepared by Korea's top chefs at their desired locations. Customers ordering food will also receive a message introducing the dishes from the restaurant's chef.
