[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Orange Life announced on the 6th that it has developed O2gether, a P2P platform where financial consultants can freely share their sales know-how with each other.
O2gether is a digital platform that allows FCs to immediately resolve problems through mutual communication when various difficulties arise during sales activities such as customer consultations and recruiting. It connects FCs in need of help with those who have extensive experience in the relevant field, transferring successful know-how and helping them sustain their sales activities stably over the long term.
For example, if an FC has little experience consulting professional clients such as corporate CEOs or doctors, they can find an FC with abundant know-how in that field through O2gether and conduct joint consultations. From the customer's perspective, this means receiving more systematic and professional financial services.
Additionally, the platform includes a personal tendency test that helps users find a sales style suitable for them. Through a type of personality test, each person can identify their sales style, find a mentor with a similar tendency, and receive the most appropriate know-how. After mentoring, satisfaction can be entered, allowing FCs to directly share excellent cases with other colleagues.
On O2gether, anyone can freely create or participate in lectures, so any Orange Life FC can be both a mentor and a mentee to fellow FCs. With the platform's launch, over 110 outstanding FCs have started activities as mentors.
Jung Moon-guk, President of Orange Life, said, "The culture of sharing sales know-how generously with each other is the driving force behind Orange Life having the industry's strongest exclusive FC channel today. Through the launch of the new sales model this year, we are changing the paradigm of insurance sales and striving to strengthen FC competitiveness by supporting their sales activities and education using digital innovative technologies."
