[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Delivery-specialized shared kitchen platform Iyooineun Jibang announced on the 3rd that the 4th term of Youth Support Restaurant Jongno Branch, ‘Dongducheon Malgeun Gamjatang,’ has opened.
Dongducheon Malgeun Gamjatang provides meals suitable for groups needing healthy food such as children and pregnant women, as well as those who cannot eat spicy food without discomfort. The main menu includes not only clear gamjatang but also perilla seed clear gamjatang and spicy boiled pork back ribs with mustard greens.

Hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT), and implemented by Iyooineun Jibang, the ‘2020 Dining Startup Incubating Project’ provides startup opportunities to young entrepreneurs aspiring to start a dining business. It offers education to help them successfully settle in the dining industry and allows them to operate actual ‘Youth Support Restaurant’ stores. Iyooineun Jibang has opened the 1st term ‘Zero Vegan,’ 2nd term ‘Hansul Sikdang,’ and 3rd term ‘Tanso Sikdang’ Youth Support Restaurants.
At Iyooineun Jibang, the management team composed of experts in dining, marketing, and accounting supports young entrepreneurs with comprehensive educational consulting from menu selection to store operation, marketing, taxation, and human resource management.
The youth teams can continue to receive management support even after the project ends, and outstanding teams may be offered opportunities to enter the shared kitchen Iyooineun Jibang, allowing them to continue their startups.
Iyooineun Jibang is a shared kitchen platform emphasizing accessibility and cleanliness with a first-floor open kitchen layout, equipped with all necessary cooking facilities, reducing the burden on startup founders as a delivery-focused shared kitchen.
