[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] The funeral hall for comedian Park Ji-sun (36), who suddenly passed away, became a sea of tears.
On the 2nd, the first person to rush to the funeral hall upon hearing the sad news of Park Ji-sun was actor Park Jung-min. Arriving at the Ewha Mokdong Hospital funeral hall even before receiving visitors, Park Jung-min burst into tears upon seeing the photos of the deceased and her mother posted at the entrance.
Park Jung-min, a fellow alumnus of Korea University and close friend of the deceased, appeared on MBC TV variety show "I Live Alone" with Park Ji-sun last December, where he described her as "an older sister I really like and am grateful to."
The two built their friendship after meeting at a movie premiere. Park Ji-sun was known to have taken charge of hosting Park Jung-min's fan meetings, showcasing their deep friendship.
