[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Gyeongsangbuk-do announced on the 31st that it has determined and publicly notified the individual official land prices as of July 1st of this year, effective from the 30th.


The subject of this notification includes land parcels whose status changed in the first half of the year due to reasons such as division, merger, or land category change, totaling 44,879 parcels in the province (40,552 private lands and 4,327 public lands). By reason for change, there are 33,035 parcels divided, 8,566 parcels merged, changed in land category, or newly registered, and 3,278 parcels for other reasons.


The individual official land prices can be viewed through the Gyeongbuk Real Estate Information Inquiry System, the websites of the city, county, and district offices with jurisdiction over the land location, and the town, township, and neighborhood offices. If there are any objections, corrections can be requested through the city, county, district offices, or the town, township, and neighborhood offices.


A Gyeongbuk provincial official stated, "Individual official land prices are closely related to the property rights of residents as they are used as the basis for imposing national and local taxes related to land and various charges," adding, "If there are objections, the reasons and appropriate opinion prices should be presented."
