[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyeon-jin] On the last day of October, Saturday the 31st, the whole country will be clear in the morning but gradually become cloudy from midday. In Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, sporadic raindrops may fall late at night.


According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 31st, the lowest temperature is forecasted to be between 1.2 and 10.8 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature between 14.7 and 19.5 degrees Celsius. As of 8 a.m., temperatures are 8.9°C in Seoul, 11.0°C in Incheon, 6.5°C in Daejeon, 4.0°C in Chuncheon, 8.2°C in Cheongju, 7.0°C in Daegu, 12.1°C in Busan, 10.7°C in Jeonju, 8.9°C in Gwangju, and 15.9°C in Jeju.


The temperature difference between day and night is large, so health management should be taken seriously. Until the morning, frost will form in many places mainly in the central inland and southern mountain areas, and ice may form in eastern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, northern inland Gyeongbuk, and central mountain areas.


Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
