The Customer Support Center (3, Cheonbyeonjwaro 246beon-gil) is a building with one basement floor and two above-ground floors, consisting of an underground parking lot, restrooms, a shared kitchen, a broadcasting room, and a multipurpose room for education and meetings. Experience programs linked with the Commercial District Renaissance Project will be operated in the future.
The Gyeongyeollo Market Customer Lounge (7-2, Gyeongyeollo 146beon-gil) has a lounge and restrooms on the first floor, and a multipurpose space for merchant education and events on the second floor. Together with the Gyeongyeollo Specialization First Step Foundation Project Group, it will serve as a focal point for community harmony and communication.
A Seo-gu official said, "We hope that the customer convenience facilities within Yangdong Traditional Market will serve as an opportunity to revitalize traditional markets struggling due to COVID-19," and added, "We will do our best to revitalize traditional markets in preparation for the With-Corona era, including establishing non-face-to-face shopping services."
