Donation Delivered at the 51st Busan District Members' Meeting ‥ Agreement to Jointly Cooperate on Social Contribution

At the '51st Busan District Junior Chamber Member Conference' held on the 29th, Choi Hong-seong, General Director of Daesun Brewery (right), presented a sponsorship fund to Kim Tae-jin, District President of the Busan District Junior Chamber (left).

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Daesun Brewery (CEO Jo Woo-hyun) attended the ‘51st Busan District Junior Chamber International (JC) Members’ Meeting’ held at Busan KBS Hall at 6:30 PM on the 29th, where it signed a business agreement with the Busan District JC and donated 20 million KRW in sponsorship funds.

The event was attended by Daesun Brewery’s General Manager Choi Hong-sung, Busan District JC Chairman Kim Tae-jin, and other JC members and officials.

The agreement includes ▲supporting various projects and events hosted by the Busan District JC and 20 local JCs in the Busan area ▲joint promotion of various social contribution projects carried out by Daesun Brewery.

Established in 1969, the Busan District Junior Chamber International is an organization composed of young people aged 20 to 45 who aim to contribute to the local community by demonstrating their abilities. There are a total of 20 local organizations and about 1,000 members in Busan.

The main activities of the Busan District JC include supporting multicultural families, volunteer activities for Filipino Kopino children, youth scholarship projects, and hosting the U&I Festival.

Daesun Brewery decided to sponsor for three consecutive years to help the Busan District JC establish itself as a youth leader in the local community.

Daesun Brewery CEO Jo Woo-hyun said, “We have joined forces again this year with the Busan District JC, which carries out various activities for regional development. We will continuously seek and actively implement ways to achieve mutual growth with the local community.”
