Mercedes-Benz Korea to Launch 'Certified Pre-Owned Car Buyback' Program Next Month

Held at 21 Mercedes-Benz Certified Used Car Showrooms Nationwide Throughout November

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 30th that it will hold a ‘Certified Pre-Owned Car Safe Purchase Program’ next month, offering various benefits to customers who sign contracts to sell used cars at 21 Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned car dealerships nationwide.

Mercedes-Benz Korea organized this event to instill the perception among customers that ‘the certified pre-owned car brand is trustworthy even for the cars I used to drive’ and to establish a transparent used car sales system.

The goal of Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned cars is to provide the highest quality and reliable service by guaranteeing stable and transparent used car purchase prices and processes to existing customers, while offering various benefits. Through this, the company aims to lead the establishment of a transparent used car transaction system and increase trust in Mercedes-Benz premium used cars based on a reasonable and accurate used vehicle sales system.

Customers who wish to sell their owned vehicles can visit the nearest Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned car dealership and request a vehicle appraisal. After one-on-one personalized consultation, experts diagnose and evaluate the vehicle based on Mercedes-Benz’s vehicle information and pricing system. Once the customer signs the contract, the purchase expert assists with the entire vehicle sales process from vehicle transport to payment remittance and title transfer completion in a one-stop service.

Additionally, Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned cars offer the brand’s first-ever ‘non-face-to-face consultation service’ for customers who cannot visit the dealership in person. After requesting a vehicle appraisal, customers receive one-on-one designated consultation, and experts make free visits to the customer’s home or workplace.

During the event period, customers who visit any of the 21 Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned car dealerships nationwide, consult on sales, and sign vehicle sale contracts will receive various benefits such as the Mercedes-Benz Weekend Bag and Collection Set. Customers purchasing Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned cars will also receive special warranty products (an additional 10,000 km added to the existing certified pre-owned car free warranty repair program) and financial products. Through a lottery, they will have the opportunity to participate for free in the AMG Driving Academy held at the AMG Speedway.
