NH Nonghyup Bank, Company-wide Support for Labor Shortage at the End of the Busy Farming Season Kim Haeng-chun, Vice President of the Fund Management Division at NH Nonghyup Bank, and employees visited a farm in Suhan-ri, Yecheon-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, on the 29th to participate in apple harvesting work.

The bank, led by Vice President Park Tae-seon (HR, Business Support Division, and Trust Division) and employees, visited Jinchon Village in Baekam-myeon, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, to assist with farm labor, the bank announced on the 30th.


The participating employees worked alongside residents on tasks such as setting up garlic stalks, harvesting autumn crops, and cleaning the village surroundings, sweating profusely. They also delivered essential daily necessities needed by the village, adding significance to the event.


The previous day, Vice President Kim Haeng-chun of the Fund Management Division and employees visited an orchard farm in Gamcheon-myeon, Yecheon-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, to help with apple harvesting and sorting work.


Vice President Park Tae-seon said, “This year, farmers' worries are greater than ever due to COVID-19 and natural disasters,” adding, “We will continue ongoing volunteer activities to ensure Nonghyup can be a source of strength when agriculture and rural areas face difficulties.”
