Recruiting Members for 'Dangam EasyTheOne HonorView' Enjoying Seomyeon

- Anticipation for Line Construction's 816-Unit (Planned) Large Complex with Added Premium

In the Dangam-dong and Gaegum-dong areas of Jingu District, adjacent to Seomyeon, the central commercial district of Busan, a regional housing cooperative apartment complex, "Dangam Easy The One Honor View," is recruiting members for 816 units (planned).

"Dangam Easy The One Honor View" is located at 633 Dangam-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (Zone 2 General Residential Area) with a site area of 43,959.30㎡. It consists of 9 buildings with 816 units (planned), ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. The units are built with the most preferred national housing size of 84㎡ or less. Line Construction (planned) will be the contractor, and Asia Trust will manage the funds.

"Dangam Easy The One Honor View" is situated in a densely populated area near Seomyeon, the central commercial district of Busan, making it a highly demanded residential complex and an excellent project site. The Dangam area, where the project is located, is recognized as one of the most convenient places to live in Busan in terms of commercial districts, transportation, education, and environment. The transportation conditions are excellent, allowing easy access anywhere in Busan. It is easily accessible via Gaya Station on Subway Line 2 and the transfer station Seomyeon Station. The Dongseo Elevated Road and Gaya Elevated Road, which cross Busan from east to west, and the Baekyang Tunnel facilitate convenient entry and exit to and from the city.

The living infrastructure is also well established. Large shopping facilities such as Seomyeon Lotte Department Store, Gaya Homeplus, E-Mart Traders, and Lotte Mart are clustered within a 10-minute drive from the site. Inje University Busan Paik Hospital, Jingu District Office, and Busan Metropolitan Office of Education are within 10 to 20 minutes. Numerous prestigious schools are located within a 10-minute walk. These include KAIST-affiliated Korea Science Academy of KAIST, Busan International High School, Dongpyeong Elementary School, Gaewon Elementary School, Gaegum Girls' Middle School, Gwangmu Girls' Middle School, Gaeseong High School, and Gyeongwon High School, all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Baekyangsan Mountain and Busan Citizens Park are adjacent, providing a pleasant forest environment. Notably, the project site is close to Haeundae-gu, a preferred residential area in Busan, as well as Yeonje-gu, an administrative and residential preference area, so the housing preference rate is expected to continue increasing.

As a regional housing cooperative apartment, "Dangam Easy The One Honor View" does not require a housing subscription savings account at a reasonable price. Even those who are homeless or own one house (85㎡ or less) can qualify as cooperative members if they have resided in the area for more than six months (household head), according to a representative of the (tentative name) Dangam Royal Regional Housing Cooperative Promotion Committee, the project executor, who stated that member recruitment is currently in full swing.

The planned contractor, Line Construction, entered the apartment market in 2000 and further solidified its position as a high-end housing builder as a family company of Dongyang Construction Industry, renowned for its premium luxury apartment brand Paragon, in 2015. In addition to housing projects, it is a mid-sized comprehensive construction company actively engaged in civil engineering projects related to social overhead capital (SOC) such as highways, ports, railroads, and subways.

A representative of the (tentative name) Dangam Royal Regional Housing Cooperative Promotion Committee, the project executor, said, "Considering the excellent transportation environment with good accessibility, the high demand for new apartments due to the aging of surrounding apartments, and the fact that Busan's population per household is the second highest after Haeundae-gu, we expect the recruitment of cooperative members to close faster than anticipated."

The membership recruitment price is also planned to be supplied at around 7 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is cheaper than the surrounding market price. The housing promotion center is located near Exit 4 of Buam Station.
