[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] CareLabs, a mobile health and beauty care platform specialist company, and its 100% subsidiary Goodoc (CEO Im Jinseok) have launched a full-scale expansion of the medical sector within their platform.

Goodoc, the No.1 non-face-to-face medical service platform in Korea, announced on the 29th that new hospitals have been added in six medical sectors including ▲orthopedics ▲health checkups ▲obstetrics and gynecology ▲women's and men's clinics, and have officially started reception and treatment services linked to the app.

The company stated that the newly established medical sectors within the Goodoc platform include ▲orthopedics covering urgent patients in various situations such as pain clinics, manual therapy, surgical procedures/surgeries, intravenous therapy, manual treatment, and extracorporeal shock wave therapy ▲comprehensive health checkups capable of precise examinations ▲clinics treating various female and male diseases. They plan to aggressively expand marketing efforts to increase user base by offering diverse service benefits linked to these sectors.

Park Kyungdeuk, CEO of CareLabs, said, “The Goodoc medical reception system maximizes patient convenience when visiting hospitals and contributes to improving the quality of treatment services by enhancing hospital work efficiency, establishing itself as a user-centric platform service that creates a win-win situation for both patients and hospitals.” He added, “Additional medical sectors such as psychiatry, rehabilitation medicine, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and urology are scheduled to join, and detailed discussions are underway.
