The east coast will be mostly cloudy from dawn until afternoon due to easterly winds, with light rain in some areas.

Precipitation between 6 AM and 12 PM is expected to be less than 5mm in the southern Yeongdong area of Gangwon and the eastern coastal region of Gyeongbuk.

Morning low temperatures by region are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 7°C △Chuncheon 3°C △Gangneung 9°C △Daejeon 5°C △Cheongju 6°C △Daegu 6°C △Busan 12°C △Jeonju 5°C △Gwangju 6°C △Jeju 13°C.

Daytime high temperatures are expected to be: △Seoul 19°C △Chuncheon 18°C △Gangneung 16°C △Daejeon 19°C △Cheongju 18°C △Daegu 18°C △Busan 19°C △Jeonju 19°C △Gwangju 19°C △Jeju 18°C.

Fine dust levels will be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Please take care of your health as the temperature difference between day and night will be large, ranging from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius."
