The Youth Financial Welfare Counseling Office provides free integrated counseling services related to financial welfare for young people with vulnerable economic conditions, those who need systematic financial management, early career workers, and low-income citizens.
Through financial welfare counselors dispatched from the Jeollanam-do Financial Welfare Counseling Center, it offers guidance on debt adjustment, financial counseling, cost support for debtor representation system, and legal advice related to relief from illegal private loans and debt collection damages.
It also supports lifecycle financial planning that helps proper credit and asset management, such as monthly salary financial planning, student loan repayment counseling, and prevention of financial fraud, targeting young people including early career workers.
The operating hours are every Thursday from 1 PM to 5 PM, and citizens wishing to receive counseling can make a reservation in advance at the Jeollanam-do Financial Welfare Counseling Center or the Naju Youth Center.
The Youth Center is located at 61 Togye-gil, Naju City (former Songwol-dong Administrative Welfare Center).
A city official said, “We will actively promote wise financial life for citizens and help the independence and recovery of economically vulnerable groups such as young people and low-income citizens through systematic and in-depth financial welfare counseling and linkage with employment, start-up, and social welfare services.”
