[Asia Economy Reporter Ji-hwan Park] The Private School Teachers' Pension Service announced on the 29th that it will open the 'TP Win-Win Growth Mall,' linked with the online shopping mall operated by the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, to promote win-win growth through support for purchasing small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) products.
The Win-Win Growth Mall is an online shopping mall operated by the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center that allows employees of large corporations and public institutions to purchase SME products. It sells a variety of SME products including electronics, household goods, sports, fashion, and beauty items.
On the 20th, the Teachers' Pension Service signed a business agreement with the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center and the Foundation for Cooperation between Large, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries to introduce the Win-Win Growth Mall. Based on this, the TP Win-Win Growth Mall, reflecting the Teachers' Pension Service's CI, TP (Teachers Pension), will be operated. In particular, the Teachers' Pension Service stated that it plans to make multifaceted efforts to strengthen SME competitiveness, such as recommending excellent local SMEs to enter the Win-Win Growth Mall.
To promote the use of the TP Win-Win Growth Mall, plans include △ voluntary use and periodic promotion by Teachers' Pension Service employees △ support for win-win growth reward points for partner companies △ active encouragement of purchasing various souvenirs, promotional materials, and office supplies.
Director Myung-hyun Joo said, "Through the linked operation of the Win-Win Growth Mall, we hope to help SMEs struggling due to the economic downturn and COVID-19 by opening non-face-to-face sales channels and revitalizing the local economy," adding, "We will continue to strive to discover measures that align with government policies for sustainable win-win growth and cooperative coexistence with SMEs as a public institution."
