Seoul International Music Festival Orchestra Concert on the 30th, Refund if Audience Not Satisfied

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Byung-hee] The organizers of the Seoul International Music Festival (SIMF) announced that they will refund the ticket price to the audience of the performance "Salvation of the Forsaken" held at Lotte Concert Hall on the 30th if they are not satisfied with the performance.

The Seoul International Music Festival opened on the 23rd. The opening performance was "Penderecki and Beethoven," and upcoming performances include "Beethoven, the Immortal Composer" on the 29th, "Salvation of the Forsaken" on the 30th, and the closing performance "With Music" by Ensemble Opus on November 1st.

Among these, the organizers stated that if the audience is not satisfied with the "Salvation of the Forsaken" performance on the 30th, they will refund the ticket price.

The "Salvation of the Forsaken" performance will feature the SIMF Orchestra conducted by Yoon Ho-geun performing Beethoven's Symphony No. 6, major arias from Beethoven's opera "Fidelio," and the commissioned premiere piece "The Forsaken" by Mendi Menz Gitch. Soprano Lee Myung-joo, tenor Shin Dong-won, and bass Samuel Yoon will also participate.

The organizers of the Seoul International Music Festival said that this refund event was prepared to announce the launch of the SIMF Orchestra, which includes many domestic star performers.

The SIMF Orchestra was formed by the Seoul International Music Festival to showcase the essence of a true festival orchestra, with many star performers active on the global stage joining, including Jung Hana, Baek Ju-young, Kim Da-mi, Song Ji-won, Kim Sang-jin, Kim Min-ji, Jo Sung-hyun, Kim Han, Lee Seok-jun, and Sung Jae-chang.

Refunds can be requested at the refund counter at the ticket office on the 8th floor of Lotte Concert Hall from immediately after the performance ends until 10 p.m. on the same day, only by those who possess tickets.
