As a result of the subscription, the exclusive 84㎡B type recorded the highest competition rate of 22.48 to 1 in the relevant and other areas, successfully concluding the subscription.
Industry experts said, “There was a perception that existing publicly offered apartments had relatively lower product quality due to their lower prices compared to market rates, but recently, as major construction companies have eagerly participated, these apartments now possess product qualities comparable to private offerings.” They added, “Especially, the establishment of high-end community facilities, typically seen in large brand private apartments, in publicly offered apartments has greatly influenced buyers’ interest extending to subscription applications.”
In Daejeon Gapcheon District, a publicly offered apartment involving Hyundai Construction has become a hot topic by creating community facilities worthy of the brand premium.
The consortium of Daejeon Urban Corporation and Hyundai Construction offered the publicly offered apartment ‘Gapcheon1 Triple City Hillstate’ in Block 1 of the Gapcheon District waterfront area in Daejeon, recording a high competition rate of 153 to 1 in the first-priority subscription. The complex consists of 18 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,116 units sized between 59 and 84㎡.
The community center includes facilities for residents’ health such as a fitness center, G.X room, multipurpose indoor gym, billiards, and table tennis. Spaces for residents with children, such as a moms’ caf?, moms’ station, and kids caf?, as well as various other facilities like a sauna, private cinema, and small library, are also established. Additionally, a sky community is created on the 17th floor, allowing residents to enjoy a leisurely life overlooking the Gapcheon River.
A sales official said, “We put great effort into the community facilities to ensure that residents can enjoy the Hillstate brand premium even in publicly offered apartments. In particular, facilities rarely seen even in general apartments, such as a private cinema and multipurpose indoor gym, were installed to enhance satisfaction.” He added, “During the untact live broadcast held on the opening day of the cyber model house, questions about the community facilities were raised, showing strong interest from buyers, and this satisfaction appears to have extended to the subscription.”
