[Concall] Samsung Electronics "1a-nm DRAM, Full EUV Application"

[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] On the 29th, Samsung Electronics stated in its Q3 earnings conference call that "EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) will be applied to 1z-nanometer DRAM for sampling to major customers," and "EUV will be fully applied to 1a-nanometer DRAM."

Samsung Electronics added, "We operate a dedicated EUV team to maximize synergy from a technological perspective."
